These Terms of Service govern your use of the 1337web website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms.
1337web provides web design, web development, e-commerce, custom web systems, AI integrations, automation and related services. All project scopes are agreed in writing before work begins.
After full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website files and content created specifically for the project. 1337web retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or out-of-scope features will be quoted separately.
Delivery timelines begin after cleared payment and receipt of all required client materials. We are not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback or third-party services.
Development is a one-time cost. Hosting and maintenance are optional monthly services. Clients may also choose to host the final product themselves.
1337web is not liable for losses caused by third-party service failures, client-provided content errors, or modifications made by the client after delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
